The Department of Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations of the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship invites NGOs operating in Bolesławiec County to take advantage of professional advisory services provided by the Regional Consultation and Advisory Point for Non-Governmental Organizations (Wrocław, 7 Ostrowskiego Street; first floor, room 401).
Advisory services are provided in person, by telephone and by email. To use the in-person advisory service, you must make an appointment in advance (tel. no. 71 770 40 76; email: konsultacje_ngo@umwd.pl.
The advisor can support local NGOs in many aspects of their activities, in particular:
- preparing applications and offers, properly structuring project budgets, managing projects and providing advice during their implementation
- advising on the eligibility of expenditure under projects co-financed from external sources and grants from the budget of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship
- assisting with the proper description and accounting of financial and accounting documents
- assisting in preparing financial reporting documents
- advising on preparing payment applications and reports on the implementation of public tasks and projects
- advising during the establishment and dissolution of organizations and in conducting their day-to-day activities
- providing information about opportunities to use external funding, including funding from the European Union and public funds.
