Bolesławiec police officers detained two men suspected of burglary. The incident occurred between December 22 of last year and January 12 of this year. The suspects, Bolesławiec residents aged 21 and 35, knew that the owner of an apartment in the city center had gone abroad. They decided to take advantage of this fact.
They broke into the apartment and stole, among other things, silver cutlery as well as RTV and household appliances. Police recovered some of the stolen property.
The detainees confessed to the crime. Both had previously been convicted of this type of offense. They now face up to 10 years in prison.
