The Nowogrodziec finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity took place in the Market Square. The performers on stage were: Alicja Rudzik, the Grosik Cabaret, Emil Balicki, an accordion duo from the Social Music Centre in Nowogrodziec, the choir from the Bolesław Chrobry Primary School in Nowogrodziec, and the evening's headline act – the band Why from Legnica.
Moreover, firefighters from the Volunteer Fire Service presented a first-aid demonstration. There was also a Light to the Sky display. The event was organized by the Municipal Culture and Sports Centre in Nowogrodziec and the Youth Municipal Council.
