A topping-out ceremony was held on the Tesco building last week. This means that construction of the shopping complex is nearing completion. Tesco is being built on the site of the former MZK depot on Gałczyńskiego Street.

The store is scheduled to open by the end of November. The investor wants Bolesławiec residents to be able to do their St. Nicholas Day and Christmas shopping at Tesco already this year. The new supermarket will have 4,900 m² of usable floor space. A car park for 208 vehicles will also be built next to the store.

The owners of other retail chains also confirm that investing in Bolesławiec makes sense. The fourth Biedronka store is being built on Chrobrego Street, on the site of a former guarded car park. Construction work is scheduled to be completed at the turn of November and December. The store will probably open in December.
