Choosing a Christmas gift can be difficult, but if there is someone in the family who enjoys attending cultural events, it is worth taking advantage of the offer prepared by the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre–International Ceramics Centre.
The Christmas offer at Forum cinema includes a film marathon with The Hobbit: two 3D films for 32 zlotys. “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey” and a pre-premiere screening of the second part, “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug,” on Thursday, 26 December, from 5:00 p.m.
In January, classical music connoisseurs can enjoy concerts by Waldemar Malicki and Michał Bajor. For those who enjoy theatre performances, there is the humorous play Old Love. Fans of performances with a generous dose of humour can see “Klimakterium 2, czyli Menopauzy Szał” the day before Valentine’s Day.
For those who appreciate good cabaret, there is a performance by Neo-Nówka with the programme “Pilgrimage to Funny Places.” This time, the cabaret from Wrocław will take viewers on a shared journey to places where nothing is as it should be. There will be no shortage of distinctive characters, biting punchlines and the characteristic edge of Neo-Nówka. The musical accompaniment will be provided by Żarówki, a band that has been performing with the cabaret for four years.
Tickets for all events can be purchased at the Forum cinema box office. The box office is open until Sunday, 22 December. Details are available on the Forum cinema website.
