Municipal Public Kindergarten No. 4 and Primary School No. 4 in Bolesławiec, wishing to prepare the kindergarten children well for starting school, have been implementing the “School Is Just Around the Corner” programme since September 2013. The programme involves organising meetings between kindergarten children and pupils, mutual participation in classes, lessons, performances, ceremonies and fairs, as well as organising joint games.
The “School Is Just Around the Corner” programme is carried out by six-year-olds under the care of teachers Bożena Hyjek and Bogumiła Stempniewicz and by the first-grade class under the care of Barbara Tarnowska.
