The opening of the new playground at the Public Kindergarten in Nowogrodziec took place on November 13. The ceremony was attended, among others, by Mayor Robert Relich, Head of the Municipal Council Wilhelm Tomczuk, Public Kindergarten Director Małgorzata Kwiotek, Head of the Municipal and City Social Welfare Centre Anna Lityńska and Head of the School Services Centre Marta Kołodziejska.
“The modern equipment will provide the kindergarten children with physical activity and will certainly make their time at the kindergarten more enjoyable,” said Mayor Robert Relich. “Thanks to the mayor’s commitment, the children have a place where they can play safely and exercise outdoors. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the effort and commitment,” added the kindergarten director.
The project cost PLN 70,000, of which PLN 52,000 came from the Municipality and City of Nowogrodziec. The remainder was provided by the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship (from the Lower Silesian Development Assistance Fund).
