The incident occurred in July this year in one of the housing estates in Bolesławiec. The 25-year-old resident of Złotoryja County broke into one of the parked cars. He wanted to steal it, but he could not start it. Not wanting to leave empty-handed, he stole the car radio.
The man was arrested. The 25-year-old had previously been convicted and confessed to the crime. He now faces up to 10 years in prison.
