The incident occurred on Monday, September 9. The 44-year-old Nissan driver was traveling along Chrobrego Street from the direction of the railway station. The 33-year-old Opel driver was entering the intersection from Żwirki i Wigury Street. According to the police findings, the Nissan driver was in the lane designated for turning right (toward Żwirki i Wigury Street) and, despite having a green light (for vehicles turning right), drove straight ahead. At the same time, the woman turning left and entering the intersection from the direction of Żwirki i Wigury Street also had a green light. A collision occurred.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the collision. The Nissan driver was fined PLN 400.
