The incident occurred on Saturday (September 7) in the afternoon. The Citroen driver was traveling along Chrobrego Street toward the intersection with Żwirki i Wigury Street and collided with an Audi leaving a parking lot. According to witnesses, the incident unfolded as follows: the woman driving the Audi was leaving the parking lot beneath the Biedronka store. There was a line of cars on Chrobrego Street. The woman driving the Audi tried to merge into traffic and drove into a gap between cars waiting for the traffic lights to change. At that moment, the Citroen struck the Audi. According to witnesses, the Citroen was driving in the opposite lane, passing the cars waiting in line. Fortunately, no one was injured.

Police findings indicate that the Citroen driver failed to yield the right of way to the woman driving the Audi.
