The Municipal Housing Management Authority in Bolesławiec reports that work on the renovation of the residential building at 1 Wierzbowa Street has been completed. The renovation work was intended to insulate the flat roof and external walls.
As part of the work, new chimneys and sheet-metal flashings were installed, among other things. The roof was covered with heat-welded roofing felt. Vertical insulation was installed on the foundation walls. Some of the wooden window frames were replaced with PVC window frames. The entrance doors were replaced. The external walls were insulated and covered with acrylic render. The value of the work amounted to PLN 129,977. The building contains eight social housing units.
