At Monday’s conference, Law and Justice’s programme for Bolesławiec was presented. As PiS Vice-President Adam Lipiński promises, the party’s MPs in the new parliament will not forget about our city and will help municipalize Bolesławiec’s Water Supply and Sewerage Company, as well as land belonging to the Agricultural Property Agency. The city wants to establish an economic zone for potential investors on these lands.

Another point in the programme for Bolesławiec is taking steps towards establishing a university campus in the city. This would involve expanding the activities of existing and possibly future higher-education institutions in the city. PiS will also support efforts to resume copper ore mining in our county.

The party’s programme also includes issues concerning municipal infrastructure. Among other things, it declares efforts to place all roads within city limits under the management of city mayors.
