The incident occurred on Tuesday, June 25. At around 6:40 a.m., two passenger cars collided on the road between Warta Bolesławiecka and Tomaszów Bolesławiecki. The 31-year-old Volkswagen driver lost control of her vehicle on the wet road, veered onto the shoulder and then collided with a Mercedes. As a result of the collision, the 56-year-old Mercedes driver was taken to hospital. Both the Volkswagen driver and the Mercedes driver were sober.
Driving conditions on the roads are difficult. Drivers are asked to adjust their speed to the weather conditions.
