On Wednesday (15 May), BKS older juniors played their postponed away match. Their opponents were Orzeł Ząbkowice. Despite the long journey, the “heat pouring down from the sky” and the terrible condition of the pitch, our juniors made a much better impression from the first minute to the last, effectively trying to impose their style of play in the match. We documented this with three goals: one by Kacper Wojciechowski and two by Olek Matkowski, who was in excellent form that day. The victory could have been even more convincing, but precision was lacking. Our goalkeeper also rose to the occasion. Although he did not have much work to do, he made two fantastic saves to prevent us from conceding. Congratulations to the entire team!
The away victory is a good sign ahead of the next match this coming Saturday (18 May). League leaders Miedź Legnica will come to Bolesławiec. Fighting for the “macroregion”, they will want to avenge their defeat against us in the winter friendly. We invite all supporters. There will certainly be no shortage of excitement in this match. Kick-off is at 16:00. Stadium on Spółdzielcza Street.
