A meeting between Bolec.Info users and the county head was scheduled for April 16. Some answers appeared two days late, while the county head has still not answered more than one third of the questions. The president, who was invited to a similar discussion, replied that he was busy and would return to the matter in a few months.

The Bolec.Info portal has ceased to be a tribune of the people. Anonymous posts appearing daily on the forums and “taking swipes” at every authority have become commonplace. Therefore, the format of anonymous questions to the county head or president that Bolec.Info previously used has stopped working. And the authorities have stopped listening to a commercial portal that is no longer the voice of the community, although it would still like to dress itself up in those clothes.

After reviewing the questions and answers, what is more interesting is which questions the local government official left unanswered. Cezary Przybylski did not answer several questions related to deputy county head Stanisław Chwojnicki and the coalition currently operating in the county office. He did not engage in a discussion concerning the alleged professional burnout of Piotr Roman.

He did not answer the question of who is inciting Robert Relich to fight the county office. Yet when Przybylski was asked “[…] where does […] Relich’s animosity toward you come from? It is said that the mayor acts in concert with […] Roman?”, the county head considered it appropriate to admit: “Perhaps this animosity stems from the fact that I try to keep my promises and honor signed agreements, which the mayor of Nowogrodziec does not manage to do. There are rumors around town that both gentlemen like to cooperate with each other”.

The county head left questions concerning Dariusz Kwaśniewski unanswered. He answered neither “What is board member Kwaśniewski’s salaried position for? Perhaps to honor him with a highly paid job?”, nor “What services was the salaried board member position created for?”. But he admitted that if Kwaśniewski ran for president, he would support his candidacy.

Przybylski assured readers that he is not in conflict with Karol Stasik, but he did not answer the question “Is there no way to deal with Mr. Karol Stasik, who rules the County Office and is guided solely by private interests in his actions?”.

Several questions skipped by the county head concerned socially important issues. It is a pity that we could not learn the answer to the question. “Can the women of Raciborowice count on a gynecological office in the village? A proper one, with the possibility of taking swabs and performing ultrasound examinations. The village is large, so such a facility is essential for many women”. There was also no answer to the question “Why, at the local labor office, is it necessary to complete the Own Business course in order to apply for a grant to start one’s own business, while in other counties, such as Złotoryja or Polkowice, no such course is required? Why is this regulation in force here specifically?”.

Instead of all these answers, the county head solved a mathematical problem formulated as follows: “Three concentric circles with radii 1, 2 and 3 are given. How should one point be selected on each of them so that the area of the resulting triangle is as large as possible?”. Was this a display of Przybylski’s skills or a joke? It is unknown. Perhaps, before the final examinations, another “conversation” with the county head would be useful—this time only with questions from students about problems in various subjects…
