The resolution concerns concluding an agreement between the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and the Municipality of Bolesławiec on providing material assistance to the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and entrusting the Municipality of Bolesławiec with the implementation of the project “Construction of traffic lights in Bolesławiec along voivodeship road no. 297 at the intersection of Łokietka, Garncarska, Gdańska and Kubika streets” – a project carried out under the design-and-build formula.
As part of the material assistance, the municipality will cover 50% of the costs of preparing the design documentation, carrying out the construction work, and providing author’s and investor’s supervision. The remaining 50% of the costs will be financed by the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
The agreement will establish the principles for implementing and financing the investment. Funds amounting to PLN 130,000 will be secured in the budget of the Municipality of Bolesławiec for 2013.
