A flash mob is a term commonly used to describe a crowd of people gathering unexpectedly in a public place to carry out a brief event, usually surprising to unsuspecting witnesses.
At the Bolesławiec shopping centre, this took the form of an energetic dance performance presented on Saturday afternoon by, among others, dancers from the Tierra Flamenca dance school and youth dance groups from BOK-MCC and MDK.
At 4:00 p.m., the dancers came down the escalators to the ground floor of the shopping centre, and young people from two Bolesławiec cultural centres then joined them. Spectators and shoppers who happened to be there gathered in a large crowd to watch the pleasant, several-minute performance.
The choreography for the performance was prepared by Ivo Pomorski, a choreographer and modern dance instructor. The dancers received gifts from the BCC shopping centre. The istotne.pl portal was the event’s media patron.
