On the site near Bolesławiec’s bypass and Staroszkolna Street, intensive work is underway on the construction of a new retail park. The investment includes both the construction of retail buildings and new road infrastructure, including a roundabout and a connection to national road no. 94. As we reported earlier, this is the largest retail park being built in the city.

Latest drone photos show the scale of the investment

We present the latest drone photos taken in recent days, showing the current state of construction. From the air, the areas prepared for future retail buildings and intensive earthworks being carried out across a large area are already clearly visible.

The aerial footage makes it easier to see the scale of the entire project. The investment site covers an area of more than 60,000 m². In the future, it will house numerous shops and customer parking lots.

A new roundabout and access road to the bypass are being built

One of the key elements of the investment is the construction of a new roundabout and a direct connection to the bypass. This solution is intended to improve car traffic and relieve Staroszkolna Street, particularly in view of the growing number of residents in this part of the city and the planned opening of new shops.

The progressing earthworks can be seen in the drone photos.

Opening planned for 2026

According to previous information from the investor, construction completion and the opening of the facility are planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. Confirmed tenants include, among others, shops from the construction, electronics, clothing and beauty sectors.

The new retail park will be the largest facility of its kind in Bolesławiec and may significantly change the traffic and retail layout in this part of the city.
