The County Lower-Secondary Schools Table Tennis Championships have come to an end. In the girls’ category, the team from Świętoszów proved the best, playing in the following line-up: Paulina Dziwir, Ola Muszyńska and Gabriela Szczęsna. The winning team’s coach is Agnieszka Marchwińska. Representatives of GS No. 4 in Bolesławiec took second place, while the table tennis players from Nowogrodziec came third.
In the boys’ category, the county championship was won by Filip Ziobrowski and Sebastian Wilk from GS No. 3, coached by Piotr Rydz. The table tennis players from Świętoszów finished second. Third place went to the players from Gromadka.
Both championship teams advanced to the zonal competition. The tournament was organised by the Inter-School Sports Centre, which operates within the County Centre for Education and Staff Training in Bolesławiec.
