“Through an Objective Eye” is the third exhibition of the “Obiektywni” Photographic Association, organised by Bolesławiecki Ośrodek Kultury-Międzynarodowe Centrum Ceramiki. The previous exhibitions were thematically connected. This time, however, the organisation’s members will present the types of photography in which they feel most comfortable (macro, landscape, studio and portrait photography, and photojournalism). – Each person, looking at the world individually, freezes fleeting moments in a frame from a different perspective. Photographs often show things and places that are familiar to us, but when captured in the right way, they can be discovered anew – says “Obiektywni” president Tomasz Powroźnik.
The exhibition will feature works by Anna Gardziejewska, Ewa Derbis, Izabela Ząbek, Krzysztof Gardziejewski, Bartosz Jędrzejczyk, Leszek Jędrzejczyk, Tomasz Rapir, Roman Duda, Dawid Stępień and Tomasz Powroźnik.
The opening will take place on Friday, 15 February, at Galeria Długa BOK-MCC. It will begin at 6:00 p.m.. The exhibition will be open until 17 March.
