The incident occurred on January 6. From the window of his apartment, the police officer noticed three men stealing construction materials. The officer detained one of them—a 20-year-old resident of Bolesławiec—and then called a patrol. Thanks to the officer’s actions, nothing was stolen from the construction site.
The 20-year-old admitted his guilt. Efforts are currently underway to detain the remaining perpetrators. All three face up to five years in prison.
