Project objectives for 2013:

  • construction of more than 15 kilometers of fiber-optic and microduct networks,
  • connecting 31 units of the Municipality of Bolesławiec,
  • launching infokiosks at 29 units,
  • providing 200 households with ready-to-use computer equipment and software,
  • training 400 people in computer use, office applications and internet access.

The total project cost is: PLN 7,384,169.00 (2013: PLN 5,307,315.00). EU Operational Programme Innovative Economy funding: PLN 5,910,052.78 (2013: PLN 4,481,605.00). Cost to the Municipality of Bolesławiec: PLN 1,474,116.22 (2013: PLN 825,710.00).

Project schedule:

  • delivery of computer equipment – July/August 2013
  • beneficiary training – August/September 2013
  • computer equipment upgrade – October 2015

  • desktop computer
  • keyboard, mouse
  • monitor
  • operating system
  • office suite
  • internet connection of approximately 2 Mbit/s
  • technical support during the project durability period.
