On 14 December, municipal police officers patrolled—as they do every day—places where homeless people may stay. In one of the shelters at Staroszkolna Street in Bolesławiec, the officers found a homeless man known to them. The man showed no signs of life and was unconscious. An ambulance was called to the scene. Medical rescuers diagnosed complete hypothermia. The homeless man was taken to the Hospital Emergency Department.
The municipal police appeal: let us remember homeless people. Let us not remain indifferent! Our reaction may save someone's life.
