Officers from Nowogrodziec detained a 31-year-old resident of Nowogrodziec municipality. The man broke into an office, from which he stole two monitors, two printers, a computer and a cash box containing money. He hid the loot... in the bushes.
The thief was detained several hours after the incident. The man, who had previously been convicted of similar offences, confessed to the crime. Officers recovered some of the stolen property.
The 31-year-old now faces up to 10 years in prison.
