None of the tournament participants held back. Sunday’s rather cool weather partly made this possible. Fans witnessed sporting determination and fierce competition. They also saw many spectacular goals. In the women’s category, first place went to “Marcepany”, consisting of Marlena Ruszat, Karolina Galant and Justyna Piestrzyńska. “Aniołki-Diablice”, namely Agnieszka Lasota, Ola Bered and Marta Preisner, came second. Third place went to “Soccer 2000”, whose team consisted of Natalia Sanetra, Justyna Suchorowska and Małgorzata Dębińska.

In the men’s category, the unrivalled team was “Chrobry”, consisting of Paweł Piotrowski, Damian Łoniewski, Wiktor Bek, Emil Firszt and Andrzej Tofel. “Casteam”, made up of Marcin Cieśla, Monika Cieśla, Łukasz Rościszewski, Damian Kulesza and Adrian Kulesza, came just behind them. Third place was won by “Baxy 2000”. The team consisted of Rafał Zając, Michał Hetnar, Przemek Szurgot, Paweł Płóciennik and Mateusz Halczak.

A contest for the fastest shot was also held alongside the tournament. Mateusz Halczak won the contest. Mateusz sent the ball into the goal at a speed of 78 km/h. Another shot reached a speed of 92 km/h, but unfortunately it missed the goal, so the attempt did not count.

The ALOHA SOCCER CUP is another sports and recreational project by Klub Aloha. Boleslawiec.org was the media patron of the competition.
