The arrests took place at a construction site in Gmina Wiejska Bolesławiec. Police received a report that some young people were hanging around the site. When the patrol arrived, officers noticed a broken window. As it turned out, the three suspects, aged 15, 16 and 18, had broken the window and entered a newly built house. The young people planned to steal plumbing components and copper pipes worth a total of PLN 2,500.
The burglars were caught in the act. The 18-year-old now faces up to 10 years in prison, while his accomplices will answer for their actions before a family court.
