The tournament featured three participants from Bolesławiec: Katarzyna Selwent, Mirosław Sakowski and Wiesław Selwent. The competition began at 10:00 a.m. The golf courses were waterlogged, which made things more difficult for the players. In addition, the wind the previous week had brought down many trees, making the competition even more challenging. After the results from 18 holes were tallied, it turned out that Bolesławiec player Mirosław Sakowski had taken second place. So far, this is the greatest achievement of a golfer from Bolesławiec.
Forty players came to the tournament. Its prestige is demonstrated by the fact that the field was international. In addition to players from Poland, representatives of the United Kingdom and Japan also competed. The event concluded with an awards ceremony and a barbecue together.
