The incident occurred on Saturday, July 7, at the 41st kilometer of the A4 motorway, heading toward Wrocław. At around 7:00 a.m., the driver of an Opel lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the trailer of a truck. The 33-year-old resident of Podkarpackie Voivodeship was traveling alone. He died at the scene. Police are investigating the causes of the tragedy. Officers do not rule out the possibility that the 33-year-old fell asleep at the wheel.
