As part of the Modernization of Vocational Education in Lower Silesia II project, students of the Technical School of Nutrition and Catering Services, operating within the Major Henryk Sucharski Comprehensive and Vocational Schools Complex in Bolesławiec, took part in a vocational field trip to Poznań.
The ZSOiZ students, accompanied by teachers Małgorzata Plis-Lozer, Dorota Biernat and Małgorzata Tubaj, had the opportunity to meet with the authorities of the local Higher School of Hotel Management and Gastronomy, watch a film about the institution, and attend a waiter skills demonstration and a culinary demonstration prepared by Beverly Hills head chef Tomasz Adamski.
