A 21-year-old man suspected of stealing jewelry has been apprehended by Bolesławiec police. According to the officers’ findings, the man systematically robbed his own mother. The practice had been going on since June last year. The stolen jewelry, worth a total of more than PLN 14,000, was pawned by the perpetrator at a pawn shop. He now faces up to five years in prison.
