The detention took place on February 7 at approximately 11:30 p.m. Officers from Kruszyn caught red-handed a 16-year-old resident of Gromadka municipality who had broken into a grocery and general merchandise store and attempted to steal cigarettes worth approximately PLN 3,000 in total.
It turned out that on February 6, the teenager had broken into a garage in Gromadka municipality and stolen 25 metres of electrical cable from it. What is more, he damaged the locks of a vehicle parked there. The losses were estimated at approximately PLN 500.
The 16-year-old had already come into conflict with the law. He will now answer for his actions before the family court.
