Those interested in TBS apartments can choose from one-, two- and three-room apartments ranging from 32 to 63 square metres. Tenant deposits are collected when the lease agreement is signed. The deposit amounts to PLN 92 per 1 square metre of apartment space. If the lease agreement is terminated, tenants can expect their deposits to be refunded.
So far, TBS has completed two buildings: one on Piastów Street and the other on Wąska Street. Each contains 24 apartments. A fourth residential building is also planned. Construction is to begin next year, also on Śluzowa Street.
