At the Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych in Bolesławiec, a ceremony commemorating Ignacy Domeyko, the school’s patron, was held. The ceremony began with a broadcast over the school’s public-address system, prepared by teacher Mariola Szczęch.
One of the most important events marking the celebration was the Competition on the Patron and the History of ZSE, organized by Renata Rosa. Among other tasks, the competition participants had to prepare a display presenting Domeyko’s life and work, multimedia presentations, and portraits of the patron. The jury (comprising: Renata Rosa, Katarzyna Humecka, Maciej Pronkiewicz and Marcin Woźniak) gave the highest rating to the work of Paulina Dul from class I h.
Class I e won the competition, receiving a prize of PLN 300. Class I h took second place, while I f came third. The event was enhanced by performances, including one by Kuba Koban from class IV f.
