The principal of Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych im. Ignacego Domeyki in Bolesławiec Andrzej Leśniewski issued a notice concerning the rules for entering the school premises. The reason? The second BRAVO alert level and the second CRP BRAVO-CRP alert level are in force throughout Poland.
As emphasized in the notice, the rules introduced are intended to ensure the safety of students, employees and other people staying on the school premises.
“In accordance with the applicable security procedures and measures provided for alert level BRAVO, unauthorized persons may not enter the school premises without justification and the consent of authorized employees,” the school management reminds visitors.
The doors remain locked. How can you enter the school?
The notice sets out several rules that people visiting the school must follow. Above all, the entrance doors to the building remain locked, and access to the school is supervised by support staff.
Authorized people may use access cards or fobs. But what if a parent or guardian does not have such an identifier?
The school explains that in such a situation, visitors should contact a member of the support staff or the secretariat and wait for permission to enter.
“People without an access card or fob, including parents and guardians arriving for school-related matters, are asked to contact a member of the support staff or the secretariat and wait for permission to enter,” the notice states.
The school management also recommends arranging visits in advance whenever possible.
The school appeals to parents and guardians
The school authorities also draw attention to the behavior of people who already have access to the building. Parents and guardians should not enter the school behind other people or make their cards and fobs available to unauthorized persons.
“We ask parents and guardians not to enter the building behind other people and not to make their cards and fobs available to unauthorized persons,” the appeal reads.
The principal of Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych in Bolesławiec emphasizes that following these rules is important for the safety of the entire school community.
