All Souls’ Blues, co-organized by BOK-MCC, will consist of two parts. The first is a Mass for deceased blues musicians from Bolesławiec. The service will take place on October 29 at the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (Kwiatowe housing estate). It begins at 6:00 p.m..

Then, at the Jazzva restaurant (in the Bolesławiec Cultural Center–International Ceramics Center building), the following bands will perform: Mercedes Band and Chłopaki z Ferajny. The concert will begin at 8:00 p.m.. The event will conclude with a jam session lasting into the late-night hours. Admission is free!

The idea of organizing All Souls’ Blues emerged after this year’s edition of Blues Night in Bolesławiec. “Maciek Tylenda, vocalist of Chłopaki z Ferajny, suggested that the band should meet more often than once a year,” says Dariusz Uściński, guitarist and organizer of BNiB. “We hope that this All Souls’ concert will reach the hearts and ears of Bolesławiec’s blues fans.”

“We invite everyone; the event is not ticketed,” emphasizes Maciej Tylenda. “You will hear not only traditional blues, but also several pieces prepared especially for All Souls’ Blues.”

Mercedes Band – a rock trio featuring Sławek “Zipek” Ziemkiewicz on bass and Rafał “Łąka” Wiese on guitar. Chłopaki z Ferajny is a band made up of friends who played together in the 1990s, during the heyday of Bolesławiec’s blues scene. The band includes, among others, vocalist Maciek Tylenda and two outstanding musicians from Sumptuastic – Wojtek Szajwaj (guitar) and Tomasz Bubieńczyk (drums).
