The work included modernizing the flat roof of the Bolesławiec City Hall office building. As part of the investment, new roofing was installed, and the sheet-metal flashing and gutters were replaced.
The steel elements were also renovated and the lightning protection system was modernized. The completed work is intended to improve the roof’s protection against weather conditions and refresh its appearance.
How much did the investment cost?
The modernization cost PLN 359,000. The entire project was financed from the budget of the city of Bolesławiec.
The work was carried out by Rafał Tomczyk’s company from Otok near Bolesławiec. The investment has been completed, and the modernized roof is intended to provide the building with additional protection against weather conditions.
