The incident occurred at approximately 9:15 a.m. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, including firefighters from the Volunteer Fire Service in Zimna Woda. Their duties involved securing the accident scene and providing first aid to the injured.
The van driver was seriously injured in the collision. Despite cardiopulmonary resuscitation performed at the scene and taking the man to hospital, his life could not be saved.
A 43-year-old resident of Bolesławiec has died
According to „Gazeta Wrocławska”, the deceased man was 43 years old and lived in Bolesławiec.
The police and prosecutor’s office are determining the causes and circumstances of the tragedy. Officers are appealing for caution and prudence on the road.
