The Starostwo Powiatowe w Bolesławcu has announced temporary changes to traffic organization that will apply on 31 August and 1 September 2026. The disruptions will primarily affect Bankowa Street, as well as the parking lot at the Starostwo Powiatowe on 12 Armii Krajowej Street:

The Starostwo Powiatowe w Bolesławcu informs that, in connection with events marking the 87th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II, temporary traffic organization will be introduced on 31 August–1 September 2026 in the area of Bankowa Street.

On 31 August 2026, from 6:00 p.m., parking will be prohibited in the parking lots on Bankowa Street between Łukasiewicza Street and Kościelna Street.

On 1 September 2026, signs requiring drivers to turn left from Łukasiewicza Street will be installed, and the section of Bankowa Street between Łukasiewicza Street and Kościelna Street will be closed to traffic.

The signs will apply on 31 August 2026 and 1 September 2026.

This means that people using the parking lots on Bankowa Street should take note of the restrictions from Monday, 31 August, at 6:00 p.m. Disruptions will be greater on Tuesday, as the section of Bankowa Street between Łukasiewicza Street and Kościelna Street will be closed.

The second disruption concerns the parking lot at the Starostwo Powiatowe w Bolesławcu at 12 Armii Krajowej Street. It is related to the organization of the “Bolesławiec County – Discovering Its Secrets” Spelling Competition on 1 September:
