From Wednesday, 26 August, to Friday, 28 August, there was a problem with the provision of Orange internet services in the Przylesie housing estate in Bolesławiec and the surrounding area. Residents reported informational chaos on the helpline.
– Different completion times are repeatedly being given on the Orange helpline, whether for an outage or reconstruction work, while no work was visible. We were dismissed and even lied to, and many of us run businesses here. In today’s reality, access to an internet connection is a basic tool – local business owners stress.
To clarify the situation, we contacted the Orange press office. Here is the response:
During this period, we did not record an outage in Bolesławiec; instead, reconstruction of one of the cables was carried out from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., which may have caused difficulties in using our services. We apologize for the inconvenience. If problems persist, we would appreciate receiving the numbers affected so that we can carry out a detailed verification.
