A senior citizen from Bolesławiec set out by train to visit his family in Wrocław. However, he did not reach his destination. A search was launched.
Duty officers from the Bolesławiec police unit and officers from various departments joined the operation. Their efforts led to the man being found.
The officers’ commitment was appreciated by the senior citizen’s family.
Family thanked the police officers
A letter of thanks for the officers involved in the search was sent to the Chief of the County Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec. The author of the letter addressed particular words of appreciation to three police officers, while also emphasizing the commitment of the other officers who took part in the operation.
The woman highlighted not only the speed and professionalism of the police officers, but also their empathetic approach to the family, which was in a difficult situation.
As she emphasized, thanks to the officers’ commitment, her father-in-law safely returned home:

Thanks to their swift and fully empathetic actions, high qualifications, and kind approach to the matter and to people, my father-in-law reached home safely. Such an attitude deserves the most heartfelt thanks and builds trust in the Police.
