Residents of Bolesławiec County should prepare for a very hot Sunday. The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management has issued a first-degree meteorological heat warning, which will be in effect on July 26 from 12:00 to 19:00.

According to forecasters, the maximum daytime temperature will reach between 30°C and 32°C. The probability of the forecast phenomenon occurring is 90 percent, which means there is a high likelihood that the forecast will be accurate.

The highest temperatures will occur in the afternoon. During this time, it is recommended to limit time spent in direct sunlight, particularly for older people, children, and those suffering from cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. It is also advisable to drink water regularly, wear light clothing, and avoid strenuous physical activity.
