The first works have already begun on the investment site – clearing the area. As part of the project, a multifunctional track with an asphalt surface will be built, designed for recreation, sport and training young roller- and inline-skating enthusiasts.
The new facility will consist of a recreational route, a speed section and a special area for practicing and learning to skate. This will allow both beginners and more experienced users to enjoy the track.
What will be built as part of the investment?
The project includes the construction of modern sports and recreational infrastructure, including:
- a track with an area of 4,021.74 m² and a width of 3 meters,
- a 659-meter recreational route,
- a 248-meter speed route,
- an exercise and tricks area measuring 38 × 33 meters,
- a ramp for roller-skating descents,
- parking for 27 cars, including three spaces for people with disabilities,
- an access road approximately 85 meters long,
- 59 energy-efficient LED fixtures to provide adequate lighting after dark,
- monitoring covering the entire investment site, consisting of 12 cameras,
- fencing and elements of street furniture.
The site will also feature 18 benches, 9 waste bins, 2 bicycle racks and 4 rules boards, making the facility convenient and safe for all users.

An investment worth more than PLN 3.2 million
The investor behind the project is the Gmina Miejska Bolesławiec. The design documentation was prepared by LEGE ARTIS Łukasz Wyka of Lublin, while the construction work is being carried out by Jeltech of Jelenia Góra.
The cost of preparing the design documentation amounted to PLN 66,150, while the value of the construction work is PLN 3,210,992.46.
