Photographs taken on 11 July show how the Vendo Park construction site in Bolesławiec has changed. Work on the main building, which is to house a Leroy Merlin store, is the most advanced. The building’s shell is now enclosed, the roof covering has been completed, and a significant part of the white-and-green façade is in place.

Numerous skylights and technical installation components have been fitted on the roof. Work is also underway on the entrances, façade and development of the area directly around the hall. Construction materials, machinery and prepared access routes are visible.

Construction of the second part of the complex is also progressing. The roof structure of the large, currently open space adjoining the main hall has already been built. Steel columns and roof trusses have been installed, and part of the structure has been enclosed with green façade elements.

The road and roundabout are taking their final shape

Significant changes can also be seen around the emerging road system. The road leading to the retail park has already been formed, and the surface has been laid over a large section. The new roundabout is also clearly visible, along with the entrances leading towards the complex and the bypass.

Further earthworks and installation work are being carried out along the road under construction. The kerbs and part of the drainage system are already complete. Preparation of the verges, pavements and remaining sections of the future access road is still ongoing.

The project is being developed by the Bolesławiec bypass, in the area of Staroszkolna Street. Vendo Park is expected to house, among others, Leroy Merlin, Biedronka, Media Expert, Rossmann, Maxi Zoo, Martes Sport, Pepco, DM Drogerie, Haul Moda, Ochnik and Villaro. The largest facility in the complex is to be the Leroy Merlin home-improvement and decor store.

According to earlier announcements, Vendo Park in Bolesławiec is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
