On Wednesday, June 3, at approximately 6:30 a.m., firefighters were dispatched to a fire in a building on Kamienna Street in Nowogrodziec. Upon arrival, rescuers found a significant part of the unoccupied building engulfed in flames.
Significant forces and resources were dispatched to the operation. Firefighters used several water jets, focusing on quickly containing the fire and preventing it from spreading further. After the fire was extinguished, demolition work began on the damaged structural elements.
