Gromadka Municipality is carrying out another major infrastructure investment. Work is underway on the construction of a new bicycle path, which is intended to improve local transport links and create new opportunities for cyclists and people who spend their free time actively.
The work is being carried out in stages. According to the municipality, after the route was initially cleared of tree seedlings, shrubs and undergrowth, tree stumps were removed.
This is one of the key stages in preparing the terrain for the path’s actual structure.
Worn-out culverts are also being replaced along the route. At the same time, work is underway to mechanically lay the sub-base layer for the future bituminous surface.
The investment is being carried out by Jagielski Spółka Komandytowa. The value of the project is PLN 8,450,100.
