The incident occurred on Wednesday, 13 May, after 08:00. According to the services, a truck broke down on the section between the Budziszów and Udanin interchanges, at kilometre 116.
Drivers should expect difficulties. Traffic is currently moving exclusively in the left lane, while services are working to replace the wheel on the vehicle.
Road workers expect the disruption to last until around 09:44, although the time needed to clear the breakdown may change. Drivers are advised to exercise particular caution and adjust their speed to the road conditions.
This is another incident showing how even an apparently minor truck breakdown can significantly affect the flow of traffic on the A4 motorway, one of the most important transport routes in Poland.
