Students from secondary schools in Bolesławiec County took part in another edition of the “From Antiquity to the Present Day” history competition, organized by the Powiatowe Centrum Edukacji i Kształcenia Kadr in Bolesławiec.

The competition consisted of several stages—from the school level to the county level. The best participants advanced to the final, where they had to demonstrate not only knowledge of historical facts but also the ability to analyze historical events.

Winners—secondary schools

This year’s competition identified the best students in two age categories.

Classes I–II:

  • 1st place: Bartosz Mazurek—Zespół Szkół Technicznych i Przyrodniczych in Bolesławiec
  • 2nd place: Alex Szwed—Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych in Bolesławiec
  • 3rd place: Oliwia Kowalska—Zespół Szkół Technicznych i Przyrodniczych in Bolesławiec

Classes III–IV:

  • 1st place: Jakub Marecki—I Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Bolesławiec
  • 2nd place: Marcin Domalewski—Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących i Zawodowych in Bolesławiec
  • Joint 2nd place: Miłosz Wojtowicz—I Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Bolesławiec
  • 3rd place: Oliwier Flinik—II Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Bolesławiec
