What Will Happen to Leśny Potok? Will It Be Sold? Or Perhaps Leased?

At Wednesday’s meeting of the Bolesławiec City Council, councillor Piotr Klasa asked what was happening with Leśny Potok. Deputy Mayor Renata Szewczyk spoke, explaining that the municipality had submitted a request for an appraisal report—in other words, a valuation of the property.

Once the appraisal is ready, the city authorities will decide whether Leśny Potok will be sold or leased.
