Monika Wielichowska Deputy Marshal of the Sejm is taking on Michał Jaros, the current head of the region and deputy minister of development and technology. Both will compete for leadership in Lower Silesia. The election will be held on March 8.
Jaros has the support of, among others, Lubań and Zgorzelec. Wielichowska has, among others, Legnica, Lubań, Jelenia Góra and Bolesławiec.
