During Tuesday’s session of the Karkonosze County Council, councillors dismissed the county head Krzysztofa Wiśniewskiego. (We reported on the controversies surrounding this local government official in the article The Karkonosze County Head Was Suspended from the Civic Coalition.)
As reported by Radio Wrocław, the councillors have also elected a new county head. The position went to Mirosław Górecki.
